Membership & Subscription Products

The Digital Era operates on a subscription-based model.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to be billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annual).

Monthly & Annual Memberships

All membership payments are non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial use, change of mind, or lack of usage.

You are responsible for managing your subscription. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel prior to your next billing date.

  • Monthly memberships renew every month from the date of purchase
  • Annual memberships renew every 12 months from the date of purchase

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] and provide your purchase receipt.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible.

We reserve the right to review all refund requests and may refuse a refund in cases of abuse, excessive usage, or where the offer has been materially consumed.


Non-Subscription Products & Services

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page, all other products and services are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Coaching or consulting services and containers 
  • Marketing services
  • Event tickets (live or virtual)
  • Event recordings
  • One-time digital or physical products
  • Beta programs or special access offers

Due to the nature of these products and services, all sales are final.


Important Considerations

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind outside of the 30-day guarantee stated above
  • Technical Issues: We are not responsible for user-side technical issues (device, internet, software). Our team will assist in resolving access issues where possible
  • Product Expectations: We encourage you to review all product details before purchasing
  • Platform Updates & Changes: The Digital Era is an evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify, update, replace, or remove features, tools, or components at any time to improve performance, functionality, or user experience. Where possible, any changes will be made with the intention of providing equal or greater overall value to members.

Chargeback Policy

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is filed and resolved in our favour, you agree to reimburse any associated fees, including payment processor costs and administrative time.

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Revoke access to all products and services
  • Report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant databases

Refund Forfeiture

Where applicable, if proprietary content has been fully accessed, downloaded, or materially consumed, we reserve the right to deny a refund request under the 30-day guarantee.
