Membership and Subscription Products

Monthly or Annual Membership:

Once a purchase is made, whether on a monthly or annual plan, it is non-refundable. By selecting a membership option, you acknowledge that you have fully considered your decision. No refunds will be provided once a payment is processed. It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you choose not to continue. You may cancel your membership at any time with written notice to our member support team, and you will not be billed for future periods.

To cancel your account or refund a product according to the terms outlined please forward your receipt emailed to you at time of purchase, to our support team at [email protected] - we will review your information and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt refund.

Non-Subscription Products & Services

Unless otherwise noted on relevant sales pages, all non-subscription products and services are non-refundable. This includes coaching, marketing services, event recordings, one-time purchases of digital or physical products, web design, events, seminars, beta test groups, and speaking engagements. Proprietary software and materials are also non-refundable due to the nature and sensitivity of the content.

Important Considerations Before Requesting a Refund:

  • Download Issues: We are not liable for refunds due to technical issues on your computer or internet connectivity problems. If you encounter problems downloading a product, we recommend contacting your browser provider or our support desk to resolve the issue.
  • Product Not-As-Described: If you feel the product does not match its description, please contact us. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at our discretion. To avoid such issues, we encourage customers to explore free samples or demos of products before making a purchase.

Chargeback Abuse Policy

By making a purchase, you agree not to file a credit or debit card chargeback regarding any transactions. Instead, please follow the refund procedures outlined above. Should you file a chargeback, and the resolution is in our favour, you agree to reimburse us for any costs incurred in responding to the chargeback, including any fees from our processor and reasonable time spent handling the case.

In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to report the incident to chargeback abuse databases. This may affect your ability to make future purchases with us or other merchants.

Refund Forfeiture

Downloading any proprietary content from The Freedom Era forfeits your right to request a refund.
