Who we are

ABC Electrical, Omaha, NE. Call (720) 663-9897. This website is built and kept for us by lookatyournewsite.com, which runs the form, the phone number on the site and the texts on our behalf.

What we collect

• What you send through the form: your name, phone number, what you need, and any photos you attach. It goes to us so we can get back to you.
• Calls and texts to the number on this site: the time, your number, whether we answered and for how long, and the text of any message you send, so we can call or text you back and see how many customers reach us. Calls are not recorded. A voicemail you leave is kept until we've heard it.
• Visits: which page was viewed and which buttons were tapped, with no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising.

How we use it

To reply to your request, do the job, and ask you afterwards how it went. We don't sell personal information.

Text messages

If you tick the texting box on our form, or call our number and hear that we'll text you, we may text you about your request from this website's number. After a finished job we may send one text asking for a review. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Message frequency varies (usually a few texts about one request). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this website for us, under their own privacy terms: lookatyournewsite.com (the site, forms and texting), its hosting and messaging providers (Cloudflare and Twilio), and Google (map data and reviews). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
